We are delighted to announce that Perryfields has been one of only eight schools in the UK to have been selected as an Inclusion Quality Mark Champion School.
Inclusion Quality Mark describe what this means:
Each of the schools has demonstrated excellence when it comes to inclusive practice. They have created welcoming schools where diversity is cherished and celebrated and have shown they are willing to work with other schools to spread the powerful message of inclusion across the UK.
Joe McCann, CEO of IQM extended his congratulations to each of the winners. He explained, “These eight schools exemplify everything IQM stands for. We are looking forward to working with each of you over the next 12 months to help share and promote inclusivity in schools all over the country.”
This is a great honour and testament to the hard work of the staff to meet the personal needs of each pupil.
